Soran Omar Saeed
Born in 1978 in Sulaimaniyah in Qaradagh district.
Graduated from college with bachelor degree in Administration and Economics from Statistical Department.
From 1992 to 1995, owned the Hamlet Theatre Team within the Democratic Youth Union.
Since 1995, he has been at the Kosari School of Art within the Islamic Movement.
In 1999-2000, he was managed Sulaimaniyah Television’s United Movement.
He was a member of the Secretariat of the Student’s Organization and Editor of the Bedari Newspaper.
From 2000 to 2001, he was editor of Maawa magazine, which was a research season magazine.
In 2005, owned The Kurdistan News Agency.
He owned The Paper Company for Printing and Publishing and was Editor of Road magazine in 2007.
In 2011, he was one of the activists of the February 17th protests in Sulaimaniyah.

In 2012, he was in charge of Komal News Agency.
He was a cultural consultant to the President of the Kurdistan Justice Group.
He was a member of the management of Payam TV Channel.
In 2013-2018, he became a member of the Kurdistan Parliament in the fourth round and chairman of the Human Rights Committee.
In 2018, he became a member of the Kurdistan Parliament for the second time in the fifth round and was on the Finance and Natural Resources Committee.
He resigned from the Parliament of Kurdistan in 2020.
In the 2021 Iraqi parliamentary election, he becomes a member of the Iraqi House of Representatives for the fifth round.
